Detailed Description

Connection request offered to an external transport before Http performs DNS or creates a socket.

The connector installs ready plaintext streams through connection->setTransportStreams() and calls complete. It calls fail if the established transport later fails. Both callbacks become invalid when the transport close hook runs. The connector and installed streams remain caller-owned.
